Power Feature #1: Recurring Donation Options

eCatholic’s Donations module comes with the most versatile recurring donation options to make sure that you can meet the needs of every cheerful giver in your group. Versatile recurring donation options give you the ability to take donation forms beyond a simple Sunday offertory collection.

Think big, and let these recurring giving options help you use the Donations module for things like building restoration funds, diocesan campaigns, or even an annual altar flower donation - the possibilities are endless!

Power Feature #2: Offset Processing Fees

It’s no secret that processing fees can be a bit of a nuisance… And although this pesky detail is necessary for using any online giving platform, we’ve provided a way for your donors to lend an extra hand, if they so desire. 

Toggle on the Offset Processing Fees feature to give your donors the opportunity to add an extra 3% to their final tithe. And remember - this feature is completely optional and can be activated in every individual form's advanced settings.
 

Power Feature #3: Reconciliation Mode

Or, said another way, “Make Your Bookkeeper Happy Again" Mode, This little tool is small but MIGHTY! When toggled on, Reconciliation Mode batches transactions together by settlement, providing a helpful view when going to reconcile your transactions with your bank accounts. And, what’s more - when turned on, Reconciliation Mode stays intact as you print a beautiful PDF, in case you’d like a paper copy!

Power Feature #4: Failed Recurring Donation Recovery

There's nothing worse than losing a steadfast donation because of the dreaded credit card expiration date. Well, not to worry - restarting a failed recurring donation is a quick fix in your Payments Center. Update card or payment details in a matter of minutes and even charge for the amount of dollars that was missed while the transaction was inactive. 

The best part? This feature is available for your donors too! Donors can log into their accounts to manage personal details and easily reactivate any transaction that has skipped a beat (or maybe a few beats...). 

Power Feature #5: Multiplier and Replicator Fields

Power-up your eCatholic Forms when you add payment features into the mix! Multiplier Fields help transform your regular forms into a one-stop shop for ticket or event sales. You’ll be dazzled by the automatic calculations of multiple line items, giving you the flexibility to customize forms for any of your specific needs. But don’t forget, you can also include Replicator Groups in your forms to easily duplicate groups of information without having to add in extra fields!
