Managing data submitted through your online forms is now easier than ever with the new eCatholic Form Results Manager. Here are some of the key features now available:
Filtering online form data from a website can be a cumbersome task, especially if you receive hundred or thousands of submissions for events, registrations, etc. With eCatholic, you can now filter form results using built-in categories or by searching specific keywords!
Any form submissions from your website that have been downloaded can be deleted individually or collectively. Better yet, you can also edit submitted data, and after saving, the original value is stored for easy reference.
When you’re finished editing and filtering, just download your filtered data as a .CSV (comma separated values) file. This file can be opened in any spreadsheet editor like Excel, or imported into your preferred member/donor management software.
If you're utilizing eCatholic Payments with your website, you can view total paid and unpaid amounts, update billed amounts, and record cash or check payments.
You can also copy the page link to send unpaid visitors to complete their payment. If you’re utilizing the auto-reply email field, just send them an email reminder with one simple click.
