Our ChMS was built to ensure that every parishioner in your church is represented by a single member record within the ChMS. That way, records may be accessed by mulltiple parishes if necessary, which greatly reduces the number of duplicate records you’ll see. This allows churches in unique situations, like clusters, to keep data clean and tidy.

Yes. eCatholic ChMS includes a built-in email tool that allows you to email an individual member, family, or group or email a specific list of members, families, or groups that you create in your ChMS.
The ChMS email tool uses familiar tools and features that you would see in a regular email service including editing, internal or external linking, and the ability to attach files or other documents.
Yes. With eCatholic ChMS, you can create schedules for any group allowing you to create schedules for Altar Servers, Lectors, and many more.

Your ChMS account will be set up shortly after your purchase. Data migration takes approximately two weeks. During that time, we’ll also work with you to make sure all of your data has been properly imported and is accurate before moving on to the next step.
This fee allows us to allocate staff time and resources to your individual ChMS data migration. That way, your data will be loaded into your new eCatholic ChMS database accurately.
You are able to migrate your own data into a blank ChMS database. That means you’ll be starting from scratch, and that might take you some time.
We love handling the data migration for you because our dedicated (and quick!) staff can ensure your data migration will be easy, accurate, and gets done as soon as possible.
Yes. You can import a .CSV file of your contributions into your ChMS database.
Yes. eCatholic ChMS allows you to create a Batch Contributions. You are also able to clone any Batch Contribution you make, for easier accounting and bookkeeping.
Yes! You can create and track as many funds as you would like in your eCatholic ChMS. Things like Capital Campaigns, Annual Appeals, restoration funds, ticket sales, and much more are all commonly tracked through eCatholic ChMS.
Yes. You can create an annual statement for an individual family, a dedicated list of families, or your entire database.
Plus, we provide Word Doc templates for your Annual Statements so that you can continue on with any MailMerge tools you typically use.
Yes. eCatholic ChMS includes Religious Education tools that allow you to assign students and teachers to specific classes, track attendance, and promote students to the next grade level.
eCatholic ChMS’ Religious Education tools are also integrated with eCatholic websites. Parents can sign up children for Religious Education directly through your parish website, and the info will be imported directly into your ChMS database.
Yes. eCatholic ChMS allows you to record any absences a student may have, plus a reason why the absence occurred and if it was excused or not.
Yes, you can give Religious Education volunteers access to your eCatholic ChMS account and give them special permission to only use the Religious Eduation tools. You can learn more about ChMS user roles here.
