Use Sections Layouts to transform disorganized web content into beautiful, digestible chunks of information. The new Tabs section type allows site admins to simply “stack” topics of information for quick referencing and shorter page lengths.
Easily place content into marked categories, known as tabs, to display information only when a user selects the individual topics.
Example: Use a tabs section to feature event details. Drag-and-drop to organize tabs.
How can you use the new feature? Consider pages on your website that have large amounts of information such as a fundraising event or annual gala. You’ll want to communicate ticket information, parking tips, auction details and maybe even sponsorship opportunities. These bits of information can either be listed going down the webpage, or you can create a tab for each topic and have the information appear once clicked.
Example: Use a tabs section to highlight a video series.
Once you add each tab, you can use a variety of content to fill the space next to it. So instead of simply text, feel free to add an image, a map, or embed a YouTube video. And you don’t even have to worry about mobile viewing, because the new feature works seamlessly when viewed on other devices.

There's always something new happening! Keep an eye out these updates the next time you log into your website.
The reporting features for eCatholic Payments are becoming more versatile - saving you and your bookkeeper time. Now when site admins select a PDF report option for transactions, batch information will be easily visible in the final document (see example below).
PDF reports now mirror the layout of the transaction details within the Payments Center.
Presto! You now have a professionally polished PDF to use at financial council meetings or tuck away for recordkeeping.
Try it out today: Step-by-step instructions for generating transaction reports.
Last month was the premiere of the all new eCatholic Vlogcast, a bi-monthly production covering technology, communication, design, leadership, and Catholic work culture topics. Each episode is geared toward engaging parish, school, diocese and ministry staff members with insightful tips.
Ultimately, we want to help you with the everyday grind, to overcome
obstacles and become a digital communication superstar.
We’re always listening to the needs, concerns, and questions expressed by those who work for the church. And the Vlogcast is one way we can help address what we’re hearing.

This year we've shared quite a bit of new video content from our Heroic Catholic Mission video in January to our most recent eCatholic Vlogcast series. And soon we will release new product videos that better introduce the many features of our greatest digital tools. (Shhhh … we haven’t told anyone yet.) When we create new video content we focus on inspiring, informing, and engaging. With every cut and edit, we work to create something that is an extension of our services as well as a valuable resource for the work you do. Keep an eye out for the finished piece coming soon!
Wanting to create video for your own organization? Earlier this year we published some blogs to help determine how to start creating your own video as well as tips for finding affordable, but high-quality, video equipment.
