As a way to participate in the mission of the National Eucharistic Revival happening in the U.S., we recently announced a new collaboration with the Revival team! While we’re excited to help promote the Revival, we’re even more excited that this new collaboration has resulted in two new and exclusive modules for your eCatholic-powered website, so you can bring Revival resources directly to members through your digital communication efforts. These exclusive Revival modules are now available under the Catholic tab in your site’s content tray. There's always something on the horizon! Keep an eye out for this new addition to your page toolbar and other upgrades and features.
Much like the proverbial “Rome”, your website was certainly not built in a single day. You’ve likely spent many hours editing, updating, and–most importantly–checking your final results to ensure everything is in working order.
A new Preview button that has been added to your page toolbar and allows you to verify that your page’s edits and updates working correctly before you hit that Publish button! Plus, the button includes one of our favorite power-features - viewing your site in desktop, tablet, or mobile view!
Now, there’s no need to log out of your user account to check on your changes. Simply preview your page as it will appear to your visitors, and you’re done.
This new feature is available for all user roles (Admin, Publisher, and Author), and appears on most of your website pages.

Over the years, we’ve been proud to offer completely integrated online giving tools for your website that make tithing easy for your members and your staff. As we’ve walked this road together, you’ve also taught us that the tools you use are just one important facet of the online giving journey. Sometimes, your members may need a little extra encouragement to actually use those tools too.
So, to help you turn members into more intentional stewards for your mission, we are delighted to introduce the Giving Success program. Giving Success was created to help parishes and ministries increase their members’ participation in online giving, and it’s completely free for eCatholic Online Giving customers.
We recently hosted a webinar all about Giving Success. Check it out to learn more about Giving Success, who can sign up, and how to get started.

We love it when all our technology works together. Here’s a look below at what is now available!
Your eCatholic website’s master Calendar and individual events now come with a “sync” feature that lets you add them to your own personal Google calendar (or another calendar app). Any changes made to event details, such as times, days, and even event descriptions, will automatically populate within each synced calendar. Now, your staff and members can all stay on the same page without jumping through all communication hoops.
So whether your members are looking to follow an entire parish calendar, add individual events to their busy schedule, or simply stay up-to-date on a list of events for a particular ministry or committee, this calendar subscription feature is their key to being well-informed and participating more often. Pretty neat!

The need to generate a PDF mailing label for a singular or group of families may strike at any moment in ministry. In our latest update, we’ve added the ability to generate these PDF labels from multiple locations within the ChMS rather than just your Reports Library. Now, you won’t need to abandon your current view in order to accomplish your administrative tasks.
Listed under the Actions drop-down menu, find the mailing labels option in Family Explorer, Member Explorer, Committee Explorer, and more. Mail labels are also available to download from individual and family member records.

Every once in a while, it's nice to take a pause and reflect on how far we've come. Changes made, updates installed, and even reflecting in gratitude for new hands and minds that collaborate and contribute to making your website technology shine.
Coming from all across America, we've had five new employees join the crew and we're excited to put them in the spotlight.
First up, we've got two more Texans on our hands. Sarah joined forces with our Sales team to bring our products to more people than ever, and Osvaldo comes to us with extensive background in UX design and product development, to help elevate our tools to new heights. Next up, Michael is a database developer from the Buckeye State and Mary joined our support team from Maryland. They both share their expertise to support our ChMS product and clients. Last but not least, John hails from New Jersey, and has also joined our Sales team to keep things rolling as we dive head-first into some new and exciting things to come in 2024.
