Once upon a time, creating a list of staff members at your parish, school, or diocese required heaps of patience, an advanced degree in HTML coding, a bit more patience, two monitors (to constantly preview your work), and patience.
eCatholic’s People module allows you to create profiles which list people's contact information on your website. Instead of manually cropping head shots, formatting contact information, and linking email addresses in a Text/HTML module, let the People module do the work for you.
You can now easily separate individual profiles into groups/categories. For example, Father Tim, Father Joe, and Deacon Dan can be listed in a group called “Clergy,” while your director of music, organist, and cantor can all be listed in a group called “Music Ministry.” Just drag and drop to add a person to a group!
With one click, you can organize the profiles within the People module into a format that fits your taste. Choose to display one profile per line, two per line, or in a grid format.
When you upload a photo to a person’s profile, the People module crops a neat, uniform thumbnail image for you, effortlessly making your list of staff members look clean and professional.
