On Wednesday, February 6, 2013, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati hosted the Digital Church Conference featuring author/blogger/speaker Brandon Vogt, Flocknote founder and CEO Matthew Warner, and eCatholic founder and CEO Josh Simmons. With over 200 in attendance, the event was a huge success. Big props to Sean Ater and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati on a great event!
You can catch a recap of the event on Twitter at #DigitalChurch. And if you're not sure what the Digital Church Conference is all about, there's a great video over at DigitalChurchConference.com that explains it.
After the conference was over, we asked the participants what their favorite part of the Digital Church Conference was and here is a sample of the responses we received:
"The entire package made it one of the best Conferences I have ever attended."
"I loved all of it! The conference was very informative and extremely inspiring. Very fresh take on something that can be so guarded. Learning how to draw in your audience about faith in a light way and allowing them to become part of the conversation."
"The speakers were excellent and engaging. The way the presentations went together was very helpful."
"I really enjoyed the energy of the team and that you kept things as simple as possible without dumbing things down too much. The examples of things you talked about and the demonstrations were very helpful."
"It was good to gather in a large group and to have an opportunity to explore ways to communicate and connect more effectively. It was well organized. The space, food and hospitality were excellent. The AOC sponsors did a wonderful job organizing the day and making it happen. Thank you!"
"Listening to each of the young men talk about their faith-it wasn't just dropped into the conversation it was clear these men lived their faith every day. Their understanding that the message is the same we just need to change the way we deliver it. It was great."
